Rubber plates Transformer, TMKSH, etc.

Transformer plates are widely used as fixed seals in various electrical devices and equipment. One of the main requirements for the technical characteristics of technical plates of the UM brand is resistance to the effects of capacitor and transformer oils, which are the working medium when using this material.
Oil– and gasoline–resistant plates MBS, MBM, AMC are non-form (H) and molded (F) rubber type I of three degrees of hardness - M, C, T. They can be used at temperatures from 40 to +80 °C in various working environments, including oil and petroleum-based fuels, as well as in air (rooms, containers and vessels), nitrogen, inert gases, spindle and castor oil.
Molded oil-and-gas–resistant heat-resistant plates are made of fluoro-rubber based, designed for use in oil, fuel, strong oxidizers, solvents, concentrated mineral acids and in air at temperatures from -20 C to +270 C.
TMKSH plates are used in the manufacture of sealing gaskets in fixed joints, to reduce shock loads, as well as to prevent friction between movable metal surfaces of building structures, production equipment, etc. Due to its special composition, it is not only an excellent sealing material that does not allow air and liquids to pass through, but also successfully resists the effects of aggressive media, regardless of temperature changes.
Silicone plates, sheet rubber. Due to its physical properties and the absence of toxic effects on the human body, silicone plates can be used in various industries, including the food and pharmaceutical industries, medicine, etc. They are used for the manufacture of sealing elements and gaskets in equipment in contact with food, medical equipment, aviation equipment, etc.
Rolled technical rubber is supplied in rolls from 500 to 1100 mm wide and from 1 to 5 mm thick. These rubber products are available in different degrees of hardness: soft, medium and high hardness; two types: rubber and rubber-fabric plates with one fabric layer.
Silicone plates for the food industry. Food plates are non–form and molded of three degrees of hardness (M, S and N). They are used at temperatures from 30 to +60 °C in working environments such as drinking water, milk, wine, etc. Food–grade fat-resistant plates are designed to work in hot water, in an environment of animal fats and vegetable oils at temperatures from 30 to +100 ° C. Food grade silicone plates are made from siloxane rubbers. Designed for use in the temperature range from 50 to +280°C as part of equipment for processing and manufacturing confectionery, meat and dairy and bakery products.
Vacuum plates. The plates remain operational in different temperature conditions: from 8 to +70 °C, from 20 to +90 °C, from 50 to +250 °C (from 60 to +300 °For a short time), and are used in vacuum equipment (discharge – up to 133.3 x 12 MPa).
Other types of plates.
Weather- and oil-resistant plates (AMS) comply with the requirements of GOST 733890 and are available in molded (F) and non-molded (H) type I (rubber) of medium hardness (AMSS).
Frost-resistant plates (IM) are produced in accordance with the requirements of TU 25003760015210694 of various degrees of hardness (M, S, N), molded and non-molded, rubber and rubber-woven.
Waterproof plates (B) comply with the requirements of TU 250037600152106 94, are produced in three degrees of hardness (M, S, N), molded and non-molded, rubber and rubber-woven.
Heat-resistant IT plates are operable in a water vapor environment at temperatures up to 140 ° C.
Plates for aviation equipment are used to seal various types of connections of hydraulic, fuel, oil, pneumatic systems, as well as insulation of assemblies and other purposes.
Plates for laser engraving are produced in molds, used for the manufacture of seals and stamps.
Medical plates are made of rubbers based on siloxane rubbers, and are used to complete medical devices and apparatuses.
